Canada Surname Index ::

Due to anti-SPAM measures, all users are REQUIRED to register, which provides the Index with confirmation of your email address for contact purposes, but this Index does not allow SPAM harvesters, the Index's guest viewers or even other registered users access to your address or information.

Other registered users may communicate with you through the PM (Private Message) feature, and automatic Alert notification will make your experience here as effortless as possible - you would be notified by email when another registered user either responds to your surname post or sends you a Private Message.

The Administrator does have access to your email address should he need to contact you for any reason. This access will not be abused, but you will receive quarterly reminders and you will never receive SPAM from this source.

Here is the format you MUST follow for adding entries to the Canada Surname Index:
Subject line: SURNAME (in capitals)- Province, local area.
(Example: LYNCH - Quebec, Montreal)
Body text: Your name, and a short note.
(Example: James Lynch, seeking especially Hamlet LYNCH ca.1804, Rev. William Chaderton [from Barbados] d.Quebec City)

This privately owned and operated Index may also be used for discussion of directly related genealogy matters only. This Board is fully searchable.

All posts are totally subject to review and control by the Administrator, and the Administrator's decision in any matter is final.
