Plattsburgh 2002
Once again, members of the Royal Naval Association Southern Ontario Branch and Royal Marine Association Ontario accompanied by the Royal Marine Association Band from Coburg, were part of the 1812-1814 commemoration weekend. The Royal Marine Band were certainly the highlight of the parade, receiving a standing ovation along the entire parade route. The "Beat Retreat " ceremony and musical marching display, followed by the trooping of the Royal Naval & Royal Marine Association Colours brought all of the spectators to their feet with thundering applause.
